"The Jennifer Hudson Show" is gearing up for its fifth season.
The daytime talk program is returning this fall with a notable guest lineup, meaning your favorite celebrity will turn up in the beloved Spirit Tunnel before their sit-down with Hudson.
In a 2025 interview with USA TODAY, executive producer Andy Lassner said that the staple segment gets guests "hyped up."
“I've been doing this almost 40 years in the daytime space, and I got to tell you, I've never seen guests come out so ready and so energetic and so in the right mode to do an interview," Lassner said. "It makes them feel welcome, and it makes them feel like the building is very excited to have them here.”
The show's Instagram page teased "unexpected surprises" in store for this go-around.

When does Season 5 of 'The Jennifer Hudson Show' premiere?
Season 5 premieres on Monday, Sept. 14. According to a news release, fans can expect more music and exclusive celebrity moments.
"With Jennifer’s genuine spirit and powerhouse presence at the helm, 'The Jennifer Hudson Show' continues to create a true 'Happy Place' for viewers nationwide, bringing the infectious joy, positive energy and must-see moments that only Jennifer can deliver," the announcement said.

"The Jennifer Hudson Show" is known for attracting the biggest names in music, television, and film. This season, actor Tom Cruise will appear on the program for the first time.
Multihyphenate entertainer Jamie Foxx will also stop by to visit his "Dreamgirls" co-star for the 20th anniversary of the 2006 film. The "A Different World" cast is set to appear amid the release of the modern reboot on Netflix later this month.
