Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns RB Dylan Sampson (knee) left the Week 1 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first quarter due to a knee injury, and he has been ruled out for the remainder of the afternoon.
Sampson left for the medical tent, and then walked to the locker room under his own power. He had attempted to warm up on the sidelines in the second quarter, but eventually he returned to the locker room. RBs Quinshon Judkins and Raheim Sanders will handle the workload the rest of the day.
Sampson had two kick returns for 64 yards, so that's where he'll be missed most.

Huddle Up: Sampson is a solid option for third-down duties due to his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. He is a decent play
in deeper PPR fantasy leagues when he is healthy, and he is very good in specialty formats rewarding individual return yardage.
