LOS ANGELES — Jay-Z had a message for fans during his final 30th anniversary concert in Los Angeles: question everything.
The 25-time Grammy winner kicked off the last show of of his "Jay-Z 30" concert series on Oct. 24 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. During the high-powered set, he brought out special guests Too Short, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.
Before ending the show, he told the crowd, "I have an important message for y'all." He urged fans to stay aware of what is happening in the world and think critically about the information they consume. He said it was particularly critical in the age of artificial intelligence.
"You gotta be very aware of what’s going on in the world. People will tell you that nobody was in here tonight but you got eyes.
You can see. People will tell you that the music wasn't great, but you got you ears. You gotta understand. You gotta question everything," he said.

“…It’s mimicking you now, it’s mimicking us. We got real intelligence not artificial intelligence. We feel. This concert tonight, we felt. When Snoop and Dre came out, we felt that shit correct? too Short. Bay Area. Make sure you question… pic.twitter.com/XQku0zwk2Z
Jay-Z reflected on how propaganda has long shaped public perception, warning that advances in technology have made it increasingly difficult to distinguish what is real from AI-generated content.
"It's been going on forever. We call it propaganda before," he said, referring to how technology has changed the landscape. “But now, the technology is caught up and people can trick."
He also pointed to the energy inside the stadium as something fans could experience for themselves. He encouraged fans to trust what they see and feel rather than simply accept what they are told or are seeing online.
"Question everything, especially in this day and age," he said ending his message. "They'll tell you that Jigga ain't Jigga. Hov is m******g Hov. Peace and love, Los Angeles. I love you!"
