Cleveland Browns RB Dylan Sampson (knee) left the Week 1 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first quarter due to a knee injury, and he is considered questionable to return.
The severity of the injury is not certain, but he was able to walk to the locker room under his own power after spending time in the blue medical tent, so that's a good sign. He didn't have an offensive touch yet, but he had two kick returns for 64 yards in the opening 15 minutes.

Huddle Up: Sampson is a backup to starter Quinshon Judkins, but he has some fantasy staying power in PPR leagues for his work catching the ball out of the backfield on third downs. If he is sidelined, Judkins would still be leaned up in early-down situations,
with perhaps Raheim Sanders seeing a larger than anticipated role.
