Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle) left the Week 3 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the second quarter due to an ankle injury.
Jefferson departed for the locker room, and he was able to slowly walk there on his own, but he has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.
Jefferson finished the game with two receptions for 32 yards on two targets before departing. Wide receiver Jordan Addison stepped up in his absence, producing a pretty 41-yard touchdown reception from quarterback Kyler Murray in the second quarter.

Why it Matters: It's tough, as Jefferson started the season with eight grabs for 92 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1, which is the kind of fantasy line we've come to expect.
His catch totals and yardage have decreased every game since. Hopefully this injury doesn't keep him out long, as he is one of the best fantasy wideouts in the NFL when healthy. Jordan Addison could be the biggest beneficiary, if Jefferson hits the shelf.
