The total amount of protein you eat daily is far more important than a frantic rush to chug a shake the second you finish your last set. If you ate a protein-rich meal a few hours before training, your body is still processing those amino acids, making an immediate post-workout shake less critical.
Myth: Protein Powder Will Automatically Make You Bulky
