BPCL Dividend 2026 date, BPCL Q3 Results 2026 date and time: As the earnings season is on, several BSE and NSE-listed companies are announcing their schedules
for the release of their third quarter results for the financial year 2025-26. State-owned oil and marketing company (OMC) Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) is also all set to declare its Q3 FY26 report soon. Along with the October-December 2025 results, the state-run OMC might also declare a dividend for its shareholders. Bharat Petroleum Corporation informed this through an exchange filing on Friday, January 16, 2026.
BPCL Q3 Results 2026 date and time
In the regulatory filing, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Friday, 23 January, 2026, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
“…this is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited will be held on Friday, 23rd January 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025…,” BPCL said in the exchange filing.
The state-run BPCL had released its second-quarter earnings of FY26 at around 3.36 PM. Therefore, it is expected that the company might announce its Q3 FY26 results at around the same time on Friday, January 23, 2026.

BPCL, in the exchange filing, also informed that the board of directors of the company in the scheduled meeting on Friday, January 23, 2026, might also consider the declaration of the second interim dividend.
“…to consider declaration of second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26,” the PSU said.

“The Trading Window in terms of The Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of BPCL" shall remain closed till Sunday, 25th January 2026,” BPCL added in the filing.
BPCL Q2 results 2026 performance, dividend
BPCL reported a 170 per cent growth year-on-year (YoY) in its July-September quarter consolidated net profit to Rs 6,191 crore against Rs 2,297 crore reported in the year-ago period.
The OMC’s revenue from operations in Q2 FY26 stood at Rs 1,21,605 crore versus Rs 1,17,949 crore reported in Q2FY25, up 3 per cent YoY.
The company's profit after tax (PAT) fell 9 per cent sequentially from Rs 6,839 crore posted by the PSU oil marketing company (OMC) in the April-June quarter. The topline fell 6 per cent in Q2 FY26 as compared to Rs 1,29,614 crore in Q1 FY25.
BPCL's board of directors had approved an interim dividend of Rs 7.5 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.

Shares of BPCL on Friday ended at Rs 363.15, Rs 6.10 or 1.71 per cent higher from the previous close of Rs 357.05, on the BSE.
