Nephrocare Health Services shares opened at Rs 490, up Rs 30 or 6.52 per cent, as against the IPO price of Rs 160. On the BSE, the counter debuted with a premium of Rs 31.70 or 6.89 per cent at Rs 491.70. Nephrocare Health Services commanded a market capitalisation of Rs 4,933.75 crore at the time of listing, according to BSE website. Nephrocare Health Services shares have been admitted to dealings in the list of 'B' Group Securities. The Rs 871 crore IPO of dialysis services provider was subscribed 13.96 times at the end of three-day subscription on December 12. The company had received bids for 18,68,94,592 shares against 1,33,87,854 shares on offer, as per details available with the NSE. The QIBs portion attracted 27.47 times subscription, while the quota for non-institutional investors got subscribed 24.27 times. The category meant for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) fetched 2.31 times subscription. Hyderabad-based Nephrocare Health Services, known for its brand NephroPlus, had raised Rs 260 crore from anchor investors ahead of the IPO. The company had fixed a price band of Rs 438-460 per share for its IPO, valuing the company at over Rs 4,600 crore. It issued the shares at Rs 460 in the primary market.
