Interim Dividend Announced: A BSE Smallcap company has announced to reward its investors by paying them an interim dividend. The company has also fixed
the record date for the payment of dividend. The dividend was declared by the company in its Q2 results for current fiscal. The name of the company under discussion here is Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd. The company is engaged in manufacturing of all kinds of stainless-steel pipes and tubes.
Venus Pipes Q2 Results
In Q2, Venus Pipes reported 10.6 per cent rise in Q2 net profit on YoY basis to Rs 26.1 crore. The company had earned a profit of Rs 23.6 crore in the same quarter of the last fiscal.
Its revenue increased by 27.3 per cent in the three-month reporting quarter to Rs 292 crore from Rs 229 crore in a year ago period.
EBITDA surged by 13.9 per cent to Rs 47.5 crore in September 2025 quarter versus Rs 41.7 crore in September 2024 quarter.
EBITDA Margin, however, contracted by 191 bps to 163 per cent in Q2 FY2026 from 18.2 per cent in Q1 FY2025.
Venus Pipes Dividend 2025
Meanwhile, the board of Venus Pipes has recommended an interim dividend of 5 per cent on each stock of Rs 10 face value. This translated into a payout of Re 0.50.
"The Board of Directors had declared an interim dividend of Re 0.50 per equity share (representing 5%) of Rs 10 each fully paid up for the financial year 2025-26," Venus Pipes said in filing.
Venus Pipes Dividend Record Date
Venus Pipes has fixed November 18 as record date while the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders in December.
"The Board of Directors had fixed Tuesday, November 18, 2025 as the Cut-off Date (Record date) for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26," Venus Pipes said in filing.
Venus Pipes Dividend Payment Date
On when dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders, Venus Pipes said: "The said interim dividend will be paid on or before December 09, 2025."
Venus Pipes shares on Monday (Nov 10) traded flat at Rs 1275.10 on BSE around 3 PM.
Venus Pipes is a constituent of BSE Smallcap index and commands a market cap of Rs 2,631 crore.
