According to a company filing, the Board of Directors of Bank of Maharashtra has declared an Interim Dividend of 10%, translating to Rs 1.00 per equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2025-26.
In an exchange filing, the company stated, “This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Bank, at their meeting held today i.e., on 13.01.2026, have considered and approved Interim Dividend of 10 % on the equity shares of the Bank i.e., Rs. 1.00/- per share having face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial year 2025-26.”

The record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders of the company to receive the dividend has been fixed for Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Bank of Maharashtra Q3 Results
State-owned banking sector firm Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) on Tuesday (January 13) reported a set of numbers for the third quarter of FY26. The Pune-headquartered lender posted a net profit of Rs 1,779.3 crore, up 27 per cent from Rs 1,407 crore in the same period last year.
During the quarter, the PSU bank’s net interest income (NII), a key measure of core earnings, increased by 16.3 per cent to Rs 3,422 crore, up from Rs 2,943 crore in Q3 FY25.
On the asset quality front, the bank showed notable improvement. Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) declined to 1.60 per cent, from 1.72 per cent in the previous quarter, while Net NPAs fell to 0.15 per cent, down from 0.18 per cent in Q2 FY26. This signals a continued focus on prudent lending and effective recovery measures.
