The facility will be available under the Shriram Multi Asset Allocation Fund from August 11.
According to the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), India had about 5.53 crore unique mutual fund investors as of June 2025, compared to the country’s population of over 145 crore.
Shriram AMC said the 'Chhoti SIP' aims to bridge this gap by encouraging first-time investors, particularly from underserved segments.
The option is open to all investors under the Growth plan of the scheme, with investments
'Chhoti SIP' will be available in both Statement of Account (SOA) and Demat modes, with monthly or fortnightly instalment frequencies. Registration requires only a mobile number.
