What is the story about?
Investors who put in ₹10,000 every month since the inception of Canara Robeco Equity Hybrid Fund on February 1, 1993, would have accumulated ₹6.20 crore by December 31, 2025, on a total investment of ₹39.5 lakh, delivering an XIRR of 13.61%.
A one-time investment of ₹10,000 at inception would have grown to ₹3.68 lakh over the same period, the fund house said.
The open-ended hybrid fund, which allocates 65–80% to equities and equity-related instruments and 20–35% to debt and money market securities, aims to generate long-term capital appreciation and income. It may also invest up to 10% in InvITs.
As of December 31, 2025, the fund’s assets under management (AUM) stood at ₹11,393.38 crore. Recent performance shows a 1-year CAGR of 6.55%, a 3-year CAGR of 13.78%, and a 5-year CAGR of 12.89% for the Regular Plan – Growth Option, compared with 8.62%, 13.18%, and 12.72% of its benchmark, the CRISIL Hybrid 35+65 – Aggressive Index. Since inception, the scheme has delivered a CAGR of 11.58% versus 12.66% for the BSE SENSEX TRI.
