WASHINGTON, Aug 7 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump posted on Friday that U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro should revist her decision to drop a Justice Department case alleging vandalism at the newly renovated Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.

• "U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro should re-visit her hastily made decision," Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.
• The Justice Department and Pirro's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
• Trump, who
has repeatedly alleged that vandals damaged the pool, has sharply criticized Pirro for dropping the case, saying this week that she had "choked" under pressure from a judge and "folded like an umbrella."
• Pirro's office said in a court filing last week that flawed installation, not vandalism, caused the liner of the pool to peel.
