On Sept. 30, Pillar Rooftop unveils its newly revamped design, featuring a garden-to-glass concept in the refreshed restaurant bar on the sixth floor of the Hilton Garden Inn downtown. Fresh, seasonal and botanical ingredients will be used to craft the cocktails. A nature-inspired design will add lush garden accents to complement the mountain views, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience for guests. And live music and entertainment will return to liven things up even more.
