Week 6 marks the halfway point of the 2026 North Carolina high school fall sports season.
Several Western North Carolina high school volleyball players have started the season strong, putting them in a good
position to contend for All-WNC Player of the Year.
Here are 25 of those players to watch at midseason.
Annie Secretarski
Asheville Christian Academy | Libero | Freshman
Secretarski has recorded 136 digs and led the Lions to an 11-4 start.
Olivia Johnson
Asheville Christian Academy | Middle hitter | Junior
Johnson is a Michigan State commit. She has 141 kills, a .376 hitting percentage, and 26 blocks.
Reece Shuman
Asheville Christian Academy | Outside hitter | Senior
Shuman has averaged 4.5 kills per set, totaling 200 and has 128 digs.
Gabby Rollins
Asheville High | Outside hitter | Senior
Rollins has averaged four kills per set, recording 92 kills, 22 aces and 61 digs.
Lilly Lossiah
Cherokee | Setter | Junior
Lossiah has raked up 248 assists and 90 digs. She has helped the Braves achieve a 14-6 record.
Joscelyn Stamper
Cherokee | Middle blocker | Senior
Stamper has a .345 hitting percentage while tallying 139 kills, 168 digs and 28 blocks.
Bristol Brooks
Franklin | Setter | Junior
Brooks has tallied 473 assists, which is good enough for second-best in North Carolina. She has added 111 digs.
Emmy Moffitt
Franklin | Outside hitter | Freshman
Moffitt has achieved a .384 hitting percentage while recording 119 kills.
Ella Raby
Franklin | Outside hitter | Junior
Raby has recorded 155 kills in 45 sets while contributing 148 digs. She has helped the Panthers to a 17-0 start.
Eva Greer
Madison | Outside hitter | Senior
Greer has averaged 3.8 kills per set. She has added 112 digs. She set a school record for most kills in a single match with 25 in a 3-1 win vs. Avery County on Aug. 27.
Kenzie Robinson
Owen | Setter | Senior
Robinson has collected 321 assists and 137 digs in 43 sets. Owen has started 9-3 this season with her help.
Mia Roland
Owen | Outside hitter | Senior
Roland has averaged three kills per set and recorded 132 digs. She is also a Tennessee softball commit.
Adeline West
Owen | Midle hitter | Senior
West has collected 120 kills and 92 blocks in 43 sets. She also has a .395 hitting percentage.
Sierra Jones
Mountain Heritage | Libero | Junior
Riddle has collected 202 digs in 45 sets, which ranks 46th best in North Carolina.
Reeve Carroll
Polk County | Outside hitter | Junior
Carroll has averaged 4.5 digs per set, or 175 digs, along with 81 kills.
Beija Olivari
Polk County | Outside hitter | Senior
Olivari has racked up 99 kills, 20 aces and 116 digs in 39 sets. She has led the Wolverines to an 8-4 start.
Keana Smith
Reynolds | Middle hitter | Junior
Smith has averaged 2.4 kills per set, totaling 109 kills with a hitting percentage of .244. She has also collected 22 blocks.
Cora Jones
Reynolds | Outside hitter | Sophomore
Jones has put up 104 kills in 44 sets. She has also contributed 65 digs and 18 blocks.
Daphne Barlow
Robbinsville | Libero | Junior
Barlow has racked up 239 digs, which ranks 16th best in North Carolina. She has helped guide the Black Knights to an 8-4 record.
Zaelyn Phillips
Robbinsville | Middle hitter | Junior
Phillips has accumulated 138 kills, averaging 3.7 kills per set and a .283 hitting percentage. She has added 30 blocks in 37 sets.
Macy Craft
Smoky Mountain | Outside hitter | Senior
Craft has guided Smoky Mountain to a 9-3 record. She has averaged 3.9 kills per set while recording 136 kills and 116 digs.
Audrey Pressley
Smoky Mountain | Middle hitter | Junior
Pressley has 93 kills and 22 blocks and a .210 hitting percentage in 35 sets.
Lucee Wilson
Smoky Mountain | Setter | Sophomore
Wilson's 355 assists are the 22nd most in North Carolina. She has also contributed 102 digs.
Lanae Kurle
West Henderson | Outside hitter | Senior
Kurle has recorded 132 kills in 46 sets and 130 digs. She has helped the Falcons to a 14-1 start.
Giselle White
West Henderson | Outside hitter | Senior
White has averaged 3.4 kills per set while collecting 153 kills with a .274 hitting percentage. She has added 160 digs and 39 aces.
