The 2026 Western North Carolina high school fall sports season is in full swing.
It's time to vote for this week's Ingles Western North Carolina girls Athlete of the Week.
Vote for the girls athlete who had the best performance last week. The poll closes on Sept 3 at noon.
Juliet Holloway, Andrews: Holloway recorded 15 kills and 27 digs in a 3-1 loss vs. Cherokee.
Anna Barrett, Asheville Christian Academy: Barrett finished fifth at the WNC Cross Country 5,000-meter race with a time of 19:35.52.
Kyla Keel-Aguilera, Cherokee: Keel-Aguilera finished first in the 5,000-meter race at Tri-County Early College - Jaguar Jungle Run with a time of 22:47.80.
Ella Raby, Franklin: Raby tallied 18 kills, two aces and 12 digs in a win
Olivia Pavao, Hendersonville:
Pavao tallied eight blocks in a 3-0 win vs. Mitchell.
June Leis, Reynolds: Leis finished first at the 3,000-meter race at the Rocket Chase Race with a time of 11:40.20.
Zaelyn Phillips, Robbinsville: Phillips amassed 15 kills and six blocks in the win.
Abbey Adams, Tuscola: Adams recorded a hole-in-one in a match against North Henderson and Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Ga.).
