The house also has a front yard fountain, Roman clay walls, a wet bar, automated sliding glass doors, two kitchen islands and a primary suite with fireplace and coffee bar. Vact Houses sold it.

An LLC named after the address of the home, purchased a 6,349-square-foot Paradise Valley house with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The house has a dual-sided limestone fireplace, a commercial walk-in refrigerator, a game room, and a primary suite with two bathrooms.

Somers Fraser, a co-owner of Dominion City Brewing Co., sold it.

The house also has walls of glass, a temperature-controlled wine room and a walk-in, bank-style safe. An LLC named after the address of the property sold it.
