A Delaware LLC called Bonfire PV paid cash for a 10,497-square-foot mansion located on 3.6 acres in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The Mediterranean-style estate has five bedrooms, 7 ½ bathrooms, a theater, temperature-controlled wine room and a primary wing with two bathrooms and a private sitting area.
An LLC named after the address of the home was the seller.
Andrew Beardsley and Caroline Van Arsdale of Silverleaf Realty had the listing.

Lee and Lexi Lewis paid cash for a 4,457-square-foot home in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf. He’s the CEO of Texas-based Lee Lewis Construction. The home has four bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, quartzite countertops, a coffee station, wet bar, artificial turf, covered cabana and a four-hole putting green. Kelly and Thomas Doering sold it. She's co-founder of Golden Promise Foundation, and he’s a tech entrepreneur.
