The deal is worth $20 million.
Froholdt, who was born in Denmark, joined the Cardinals in 2023 and hasn't missed a start.
Froholdt, 30, was a fourth-round pick by the New England Patriots in 2019. He played for the Cleveland Browns before joining the Cardinals.
