Former Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray took a hard hit to the head and neck area in his first start for the Minnesota Vikings and is out of the game.
Murray scrambled and executed an awkward slide, during which Green Bay Packers safety Javon Bullard initiated the hit, a glancing blow to Murray's head.
The former No. 1 overall pick stayed on the ground while attended to by medical personnel.
Bullard was assessed a personal foul.
Murray eventually got to his feet and was able to walk off the field, but was taken right away to the locker room.
The Vikings said he was "questionable" to return and was being evaluated for a concussion.
