Location: 1350 N. 43rd Ave., just north of Interstate 10 and south of McDowell in Phoenix.
Description: A new Dutch Bros is coming to west Phoenix.
The latest location for the popular drive-through coffee chain will be about 1,800 square feet and is in line to be its 11th in Phoenix.
When complete, it’ll sit in front of the Extended Stay America Select Suites and beside the Smart & Final store.
It’s being built along a busy corridor, with homes, shopping centers and offices nearby on its side of the freeway and warehouses and industrial facilities on the other.
History: The site is on 1.53 acres of vacant land
It was purchased by Cole Valley Partners, a Portland, Oregon-based real estate developer, last October for nearly $1.7 million, according to real estate database
Vizzda.
A two-story Planet Fitness was previously proposed to be built on the land back in 2018, according to Vizzda.
When will the work be done? It’s unclear when the store will open, as a Dutch Bros. spokesperson could not be reached, and a Cole Valley representative wasn’t immediately available for comment.
