An autism therapy worker is accused of assaulting children in her care at Action Behavior Centers in Queen Creek.
Khamara Holmes faces charges of aggravated assault, court documents show.
Queen Creek police reported in the court documents that Holmes, 19, grabbed one 5-year-old victim by the wrists and pushed him to the ground. Later, she threw a yoga ball at the child, after asking permission to do so.
She grabbed another 5-year-old and "tossed" him into a bathroom even though he was crying and resisting her, police said in documents.
Holmes frequently appeared frustrated, yelled at the children, and made comments about hurting them, according to witness statements reported in the court documents.
The alleged assaults occurred in late February.
Holmes appeared in court in August following an investigation.
