Many of the top most booked restaurants include upscale steakhouses and fine dining options. The list also includes several highly anticipated newcomers in the Valley.
Here's a look at the top 10 most booked restaurants in Phoenix for the last month.
1. The Henry
The Henry's newest location (listed as north Scottsdale, but it's actually in Phoenix) was the top most booked restaurant in the Valley last month. The restaurant, from Fox Restaurant Concepts, serves contemporary American
fare such as a wagyu cheeseburger, braised short rib and spicy tuna crispy rice, with coffee and cocktails to drink. The Henry north Scottsdale has a rating of 4.5 stars on OpenTable.

2. Roman God of Fire
Just a month after opening in Tempe, Roman God of Fire was the second most booked restaurant in the Valley. The new collaboration between Pretty Decent Concepts and chef Scott Conant serves Italian cuisine including pastas, steaks and shareable small plates. Roman God of Fire is rated 4.6 out of 5 stars on OpenTable.

3. thea Mediterranean Rooftop
Another Sam Fox restaurant, thea Mediterranean Rooftop at The Global Ambassador Hotel was the third most booked restaurant in Phoenix. The restaurant offers Greek dips served with pita, flatbreads and skewers plus specialties like roasted branzino and grilled lamb chops, made complete with gorgeous views overlooking Camelback Mountain. thea is rated 4.8 stars on OpenTable.

4. Cooper's Hawk
The fourth most booked restaurant in the Valley was Cooper's Hawk in Surprise. The Illinois-based restaurant and winery has locations in 16 states, including five in Arizona. The Surprise location has 4.7 stars on OpenTable.

5. Élephante
Élephante, a Los Angeles-born restaurant that made its Arizona debut in late 2024, was the fifth most booked restaurant in the Valley. The menu focuses on coastal Italian cuisine such as puccia with dips, pastas and pizzas. The Old Town Scottsdale restaurant has a rating of 4.7 stars on OpenTable.

6. Steak 44
Steak 44, an upscale steakhouse from Jeffrey and Michael Mastro, was No. 6 on the list. It also had a nearly perfect rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars on OpenTable. The star of the menu is obviously the steak, but they also offer pork and seafood options.

7. Olive & Ivy
Olive & Ivy was the seventh most booked, and the third Sam Fox restaurant to make the list. The Old Town Scottsdale restaurant serves Mediterranean-inspired fare such as lamb meatballs, grilled artichoke flatbread and sea scallops. Olive & Ivy has 4.7 stars on OpenTable.

8. Cooper's Hawk

9. Perry's Steakhouse
Perry's Steakhouse opened its first Arizona location earlier this year, and the hype around it placed the steakhouse at number 9 on the list of most booked restaurants. It has a rating of 4.5 stars on OpenTable.

10. Fogo de Chao
Fogo de Chao Brazilian steakhouse was the tenth most booked restaurant in metro Phoenix in the last month. Guests can choose their meat selection and watch as it is fire-roasted and served tableside. The Scottsdale restaurant has 4 out of 5 stars on OpenTable.
