Paris Baguette is one of many tenants coming to the shopping center. The shop serves various pastries, breads, cakes and drinks.
This location is one of two that are planned for the southwest Valley. The other is planned for Goodyear's growing downtown region. Most other locations are in Phoenix and the East Valley.
History: The store is part of Verrado Marketplace, a 500,000-square-foot shopping center that's being developed by Vestar, which also developed Desert Ridge Marketplace and Tempe Marketplace.

When will the work be done? An estimated opening date is not yet known. A spokesperson for Paris Baguette did not return
a request for comment.
