Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks has been formally charged with driving under the influence, TMZ reported early Wednesday, Sept. 30.
The misdemeanor complaint stems from Brooks' arrest on March 6 on suspicion
of driving under the influence.
Scottsdale police stopped a vehicle Brooks was driving about 1 a.m. on Scottsdale Road just south of Thunderbird Road, according to Sgt. Allison Sempsis, a police department spokesperson.
The officer told Brooks he was pulled over for moving out of his lane six times while being followed.
