Popular warehouse store, Costco, is expanding in the Valley.
The Seattle-based chain is opening a new Costco Business Center in Chandler. As of October 2026, there are 20 Costco locations in Arizona.
While Costco already has a warehouse in Chandler at 595 S. Galleria Way, the business center offers other benefits for customers. The locations open earlier than typical Costco warehouses, around 7 a.m. They also offer an expanded selection of food, drinks and appliances, plus supplies to help you throw a catered party or host group events.
This will be the Valley's second Costco Business Center; the other is in Phoenix at 3801 N. 33rd Ave.

Opening expected soon for new Costco
The warehouse
grocer has officially listed the new Costco Business Center in Chandler as opening in November 2026. The Valley's second business center was announced in January 2026.
It was expected to be about a 140,000-square-foot warehouse, along with the gas station, at Alma School and Pecos roads.
Costco Business Centers are open to any Costco member but carry some items that might be more applicable to businesses, like commercial appliances, individually wrapped foods and larger quantities of food and other items. According to Costco, about 70% of the items at a Costco Business Center are different than what is found at a traditional Costco warehouse.
Where Costco is opening in fall 2026
Costco lists the following locations as "coming soon" on its new locations page:
- Lee's Summit, Missouri (October)
- The Colony, Texas (October)
- Amherst, New York (October)
- Lawrence, Kansas (October)
- Camarillo, California (October)
- S. Meridian, Idaho (November)
- Vallejo, California (November)
- Newport News, Virginia (November)
- Franklin, Wisconsin (November)
