In September, news broke that popular movie production company A24 and local favorite movie theater chain Harkins no longer had a partnership with one another.
At that time, Harkins had already pulled screenings of the Anthony Bourdain biopic "Tony" and subsequently all of the company's upcoming releases — including Robert Pattinson's Chris Hansen and "To Catch A Predator" flick "Primetime" — were all removed from the coming soon section on Harkins' website. All of this was due to the fact that Harkins and A24 couldn't come to a mutual agreement on the terms of their partnership.
However, the good news is that they have now come to an agreement. Michelle Bolden, public relations and community outreach specialist at Harkins has confirmed with The
Republic that moviegoers would soon be able to purchase tickets to the remaining A24 films soon.
