The Republic's top 10 HS long snappers
1. Braylon Logan, Phoenix Sandra Day O'Connor, 6-4, 230, Sr.
He also plays on the offensive line, but long snapping is in his future. He has committed to the University of Washington to be a long snapper. He is ranked as the third-best long snapper in the nation in the 2027 class by Kohl's.
2. Brody Wolfenden, Phoenix Brophy Prep, 6-0, 185, Sr.: He has committed to Air Force. He is ranked 11th in the nation in the '27 class by Kohl's.
3. Owen Swirczynski, Cave Creek Cactus Shadows, 5-9, 180, Sr.: He has committed to Montana. He is ranked 12th in the country in his class by Kohl's.
4. Owen Rossman, Phoenix Horizon, 5-11, 185, Sr.: An Arizona commit, he ranks 30th in the country in his class by Kohl's.
5. Michael Mody, ALA West Foothills, 6-1, 220, Sr.: One of the top long snappers in the country, he has speed and gets downfield fast on punts. His laser snaps are always on target.

6. Nathan Cummings, Chandler Hamilton, 6-1, 180, Jr.: He ranks sixth in the 2028 class nationally. Has power on his snaps. Very accurate.
7. Rosten Wood, Mesa Red Mountain, 5-11, 190, Sr.: Great control on his snaps. He performed well in the 2026 Kohl's Spring Western Showcase.
8. Maximus Collins, Tucson Salpointe Catholic, 6-0, 180, Sr.: Has developed into one of the best long snappers in the West with improved mechanics. Snaps a quick, tight spiral.
9. Vincent Lauria, Gilbert Highland, 5-10, 185: Shows consistent control on his snaps. Regarded as one of the top 2028 long snappers in the country.
10. Blake Batschelet, Brophy Prep, 5-9, 160, So.: Kohl's ranks this sophomore as the fourth-best long snapper in the country in the 2029 class. He has consistently topped out well at multiple camps.
