And then there were three.
Just three NFL teams are unbeaten four weeks into the season, with the San Francisco 49ers, Minnesota Vikings and Kansas City Chiefs all 4-0 after wins in NFL Week 4.
In contrast, five NFL teams remain winless ahead of NFL Week 5: the Los Angeles Chargers, Houston Texans, Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Tennessee Titans are all 0-4.
How do we rank the undefeated NFL teams in our NFL Week 5 power rankings? Where do the winless teams stand in our Week 5 NFL power rankings?
Check out our latest NFL power rankings before Week 5 for all 32 teams. These rankings will be updated after the final NFL Week 4 game between the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football on Oct. 5. Previous ranking in parentheses.

32. Miami Dolphins (32)
The 0-4 Dolphins have only scored 46 points this season. That's 11.5 points per game. Miami only had 198 yards against the Vikings. It's going to be a long season for Malik Willis and company.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Minnesota Vikings, 15-10 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Cincinnati Bengals (Oct. 11)
31. Tennessee Titans (31)
The Titans are now 0-4, but Cam Ward and Tennessee did show fight in the loss to the Ravens. Up next? A battle between 0-4 AFC South teams against the Texans.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Baltimore Ravens, 24-18 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Houston Texans (Oct. 11)
30. Los Angeles Chargers (30)
The Chargers are now 0-4. Who saw that coming? We certainly didn't. The schedule is not easy for Justin Herbert and Los Angeles, with the Broncos, Chiefs and Rams up next.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Seattle Seahawks, 30-23 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Denver Broncos (Oct. 11)
29. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (28)
Jalon Daniels had some flashes in the loss to Green Bay, but he is a rookie QB, and it showed. Tampa Bay is 0-4, with three home losses.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Green Bay Packers, 17-14 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At Dallas Cowboys (Oct. 8)
28. Houston Texans (29)
The Texans fell to 0-4 with the loss to the Cowboys, but received a big lift with Nico Collins' return. This team is much better with him in the lineup.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Dallas Cowboys, 34-30 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At Tennessee Titans (Oct. 11)
27. New York Jets (23)
The 1-3 Jets ended an NFL-record 20-game streak without an interception, if you want a moral victory. More concerning: the Bears had 34 first downs. The Jets ran 32 plays.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Chicago Bears, 23-12 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Cleveland Browns (Oct. 11)
26. Arizona Cardinals (24)
Don't let the final score fool you. Arizona was one play away from winning in New York. Jacoby Brissett and the Cardinals may be 1-3, but they are giving opponents fits.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to New York Giants, 36-24 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Detroit Lions (Oct. 11)
25. Atlanta Falcons (25)
Bijan Robinson and the 1-2 Falcons have a huge test against the Saints on Monday Night Football, with a spot atop the NFC South standings at stake.
- NFL Week 4: At New Orleans Saints (Oct. 5)
- NFL Week 5: Baltimore Ravens (Oct. 11)
24. Washington Commanders (22)
This game was lost when Marcus Mariota exited early with an injury. The 1-3 Commanders have a huge game against the 3-1 Giants this week, hoping to not fall further behind in the NFC East.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Indianapolis Colts, 30-13 (Oct. 4 in London)
- NFL Week 5: New York Giants (Oct. 11)
23. New Orleans Saints (19)

- NFL Week 4: Atlanta Falcons (Oct. 5)
- NFL Week 5: Minnesota Vikings (Oct. 11)
22. Green Bay Packers (26)
The Packers still don't look good, but a win is a win in the NFL. Jordan Love and Green Bay improved to 2-2 with the victory over the Buccaneers. A big test awaits in Week 5.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 17-14 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Chicago Bears (Oct. 11)
21. Philadelphia Eagles (14)
It looks like we were wrong about the Eagles, who are now just 2-2 and are dealing with injury issues. Jalen Hurts and company have only 75 points in four games. Philadelphia has allowed 93 points.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Los Angeles Rams, 24-20 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Jacksonville Jaguars (Oct. 11 in London)
20. New England Patriots (27)
Maybe we wrote off Drake Maye and the Patriots too early. The win over the Bills on the road was massive for 2-2 New England, which is just one game behind Buffalo in the AFC East.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Buffalo Bills, 29-26 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Las Vegas Raiders (Oct. 11)
19. Indianapolis Colts (20)
The 2-2 Colts won despite Daniel Jones going just 19-for-34 for 143 yards with an interception. It helps when Jonathan Taylor has two rushing scores.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Washington Commanders, 30-13 (Oct. 4 in London)
- NFL Week 5: At Pittsburgh Steelers (Oct. 11)
18. Detroit Lions (10)
Detroit's defense couldn't stop the Carolina Panthers and presents some big concerns. Jared Goff and the offense aren't scoring enough points to mask those concerns. The Lions are now 2-2.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Carolina Panthers, 32-26 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At Arizona Cardinals (Oct. 11)
17. Carolina Panthers (21)
The 2-2 Panthers shone in the win over the Lions, with Tetairoa McMillan (14 receptions, 192 yards, 2 TDs) having a huge game. Bryce Young's development continues to be key. Carolina could be the favorite in the NFC South.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Detroit Lions, 32-26 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Off
16. Dallas Cowboys (18)
CeeDee Lamb (17 receptions, 189 yards, 1 touchdown) continues to show why he's one of the NFL's best receivers. The Cowboys' offense can keep it in any game. Dallas is now 2-2.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Houston Texans, 34-30 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Oct. 8)
15. Cincinnati Bengals (12)
Yes, the 2-2 Bengals were behind early and playing catch-up in this game after losing Ja'Marr Chase to injury, but 15 carries for 23 yards rushing as a team won't cut it.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Jacksonville Jaguars, 22-17 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At Miami Dolphins (Oct. 11)
14. Pittsburgh Steelers (11)
The AFC North is one of two conferences (NFC North) with all four teams at least .500 after four weeks. The Steelers vs. Browns game showed that the conference race could be very intriguing. Pittsburgh is now 2-2.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Cleveland Browns, 27-24 (Oct. 1)
- NFL Week 5: Indianapolis Colts (Oct. 11)
13. Los Angeles Rams (17)
The 2-2 Rams beat the Eagles without having Matthew Stafford throw a touchdown pass (he had two passes intercepted). Los Angeles outscored Philadelphia in the fourth quarter, 14-0. Is Los Angeles back?
- NFL Week 4: Beat Philadelphia Eagles, 24-20 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Buffalo Bills (Oct. 12)
12. Denver Broncos (9)
Bo Nix and the 2-2 Broncos can't seem to get going on offense, with just 74 points through four games. What might be more concerning is the 94 points allowed by the defense in those games.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to San Francisco 49ers, 24-14 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At Los Angeles Chargers (Oct. 11)
11. New York Giants (16)
The 3-1 Giants sit atop the NFC East standings with Jameis Winston as their starting QB. How long can they stay there? New York is 3-0 at home, but plays three of its next four games on the road.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Arizona Cardinals, 36-24 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At Washington Commanders (Oct. 11)
10. Cleveland Browns (15)

- NFL Week 4: Beat Pittsburgh Steelers, 27-24 (Oct. 1)
- NFL Week 5: At New York Jets (Oct. 11)
9. Chicago Bears (13)
The 3-1 Bears won with Case Keenum at QB in Week 3. They won with Tyson Bagent at QB in Week 4. This team appears to be a contender without Caleb Williams.
- NFL Week 4: Beat New York Jets, 23-12 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At Green Bay Packers (Oct. 11)
8. Las Vegas Raiders (5)
A late fumble on a kickoff return doomed the Raiders' chances against the Chiefs, but 3-1 Las Vegas showed it should not be taken lightly in the AFC West. Week 5 is pivotal for Kirk Cousins and company.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to Kansas City Chiefs, 30-27 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At New England Patriots (Oct. 11)
7. Jacksonville Jaguars (8)
Trevor Lawrence and the 3-1 Jaguars look like early AFC contenders. And how about the Jacksonville defense? It has only allowed 53 points.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Cincinnati Bengals, 22-17 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Philadelphia Eagles (Oct. 11 in London)
6. Baltimore Ravens (7)
With Lamar Jackson, the 3-1 Baltimore Ravens are dynamic on offense. How will they fare without him? After exiting the win over Tennessee with an injury, we could soon find out.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Tennessee Titans, 24-18 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At Atlanta Falcons (Oct. 11)
5. Buffalo Bills (2)
Maybe we were too high on Buffalo, which is now 3-1 after the loss to the Patriots. Josh Allen and the Bills have a big test at the Rams in Week 5.
- NFL Week 4: Lost to New England Patriots, 29-26 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At Los Angeles Rams (Oct. 12)
4. Seattle Seahawks (6)
The 3-1 Seahawks have struggled the past couple of weeks, but they are still 3-1. Emanuel Wilson (21 carries, 81 yards, 1 TD) provided a big boost on the ground.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Los Angeles Chargers, 30-23 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: San Francisco 49ers (Oct. 11)
3. Minnesota Vikings (4)
Is Minnesota really this good? 4-0 is 4-0. The Vikings are the second NFL team in the last 90 years to win three straight games in a season while scoring one or fewer scrimmage touchdowns across the three games. This defense is legit.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Miami Dolphins, 15-10 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: At New Orleans Saints (Oct. 11)
2. Kansas City Chiefs (3)
The Chiefs' depth at wide receiver has taken a huge hit with injuries, but this team still has Kenneth Walker III (22 carries, 177 yards, 2 TDs). Kansas City is 4-0.
- NFL Week 4: Beat Las Vegas Raiders, 30-27 (Oct. 4)
- NFL Week 5: Off

The 4-0 49ers held the Broncos to 14 points. They have allowed just 64 points this season. They have scored 122. Brock Purdy has 11 touchdown passes and just one interception this season. This team is No. 1 in our NFL power rankings for another week.

- NFL Week 5: At Seattle Seahawks (Oct. 11)
