Matthew Leprino paid cash for a 9,301-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion. The home has nine bathrooms, a game room, kitchen with three ovens and four dishwashers, a primary suite with private courtyard and two walk-in closets, a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, boulder-style waterfall, water slide and sports court. Matthew and Stephanie Schissler, owners of multiple Valley fitness studios,
were the sellers.
