Here are this week's nominees for the Arizona high school football Play of the Week.
The video at the top of this story features The Republic's nominees for the high school football Play of the Week from games played on Sept. 24-25, 2026. It features six great plays: Mesa Mountain View defense stopping Mesa's 2-point conversion try to preserve a win; Shadow Ridge's Ro’Shun Coty forcing a fumble for a TD by Charles Harris; Coconino's Austin Clouse blocking a field goal that is returned 90 yards for a TD by his brother Jackson; and thrilling touchdown catches from Desert Vista's Jaeden Williams, Chandler Prep's Aaron Crawford and Tempe's CJ Brown.

How to submit a video
The Republic invites readers to submit nominees. Video clips need to be about 30 seconds or less and submissions should include player and team names, along with information about the play. Sound of the crowd as play takes place is preferred. They must be from the most recent week of games. Look for the link that says "upload your video'' at azcentral.com/sports/high-schools.
