FuelFest returning to Phoenix area
FuelFest, the world-class automotive celebration founded by Cody Walker, returns to the Phoenix area on Saturday, Dec. 5, at Firebird Motorsports Park in Chandler.
The event brings together more than 600 custom, exotic and rare cars, live-action motorsports, music, entertainment and some of the biggest names in automotive culture.
Gates open from 1–8 p.m. Admission tickets start at $40 per person, and kids 12 and under are admitted free. Visit FuelFest.com for tickets and additional event
information.
Rapper, actor and automotive personality Xzibit will take the Festival Stage for a special live performance. FuelFest founder Cody Walker will also make special appearances throughout the event.
FuelFest Phoenix will also showcase live-action drifting, professional drivers, fan ride-alongs and interactive automotive experiences. Fans will have the opportunity to get up close to the cars and drivers while experiencing a full day celebrating automotive culture.
New this year at Phoenix FuelFest is Lucha Libre Wrestling, a high-flying, acrobatic form of Mexican professional wrestling characterized by masked luchadores, rapid-fire sequences and theatrical matches.
FuelFest will also feature Fast & Furious movie series-inspired cars, interactive racing attractions and open-access drift areas that give fans an up-close look at professional race cars and the people behind them.
The Phoenix event will also feature drag racing, custom exhibits, car reveals, vendors, music and additional entertainment. A portion of the event's proceeds will benefit Reach Out WorldWide, the nonprofit charity founded by the late Paul Walker and continued by his brother, Cody.
