Sam Houston at Texas Tech, 9 a.m., TNT (stream with Sling)
Will Hammond stepped up for the Red Raiders against Houston. Is he good enough to help Texas Tech win the Big 12? It's too early to tell, but we do know he is good enough to lead his team to a blowout win over Sam Houston.
Prediction: Texas Tech 45, Sam Houston

Colorado at Baylor, 9 a.m., ESPN2 (stream with FUBO)
The Buffaloes were humbled in a 41-7 loss at Northwestern. This game won't be quite so bad, but it will end with a second straight loss for Deion Sanders and company.
Prediction: Baylor 31, Colorado 17
Utah at Iowa State, 12:30 p.m., FOX (stream with FUBO)
Devon Dampier and the Utes have their eyes on a Big 12 title and a favorable schedule for the next few weeks. Utah won't slip up here.
Prediction: Utah 27, Iowa State 20
TCU at UCF, 12:30 p.m., FS1 (stream with FUBO)
TCU rebounded from the season-opening loss to North Carolina with wins over Arkansas State and Grambling State. UCF will provide a tougher test.
Prediction: TCU 30, UCF 23
Houston at Georgia Southern, 1 p.m., ESPNU (stream with FUBO)
Houston couldn't hold off Texas Tech in Week 3. Conner Weigman and the Cougars won't have a problem holding off Georgia Southern in Week 4.

Kansas State at Cincinnati, 4 p.m., ESPN2 (stream with FUBO)
These teams enter their Big 12 opener 3-0. We think Avery Johnson and the Wildcats' start is more legit.

Oklahoma State at West Virginia, 4 p.m., FS1 (stream with FUBO)
Rich Rodriguez's Mountaineers really impressed us with a 38-27 win over Virginia in Week 3. This game will be a shootout, with the home team impressing in a thriller.
Prediction: West Virginia 31, Oklahoma State 30
Arizona at Washington State, 4:30 p.m., CBS (stream with FUBO)
The Cougars' lone win came against Duquesne in Week 3, 48-7. Noah Fifita will pick apart Washington State as the Wildcats move to 3-1.
Prediction: Arizona 27, Washington State 17
