Description: National coffee chain Dutch Bros is expanding its corporate space as the company continues to grow in metro Phoenix.
With multiple locations across the West Valley, Dutch Bros is setting up a new headquarters in Peoria.
"Since opening our first stand in 2012, we have one of the most innovative, leading operations in the Dutch Bros franchise," reads an overview on the new headquarters' LinkedIn page. "We now have eight locations across the West Valley and are rapidly expanding. Therefore, we are looking to expand our leadership team and can't wait to make our West Valley family even bigger."
The new space is near Rio Vista Community Park.
Dutch Bros first moved its headquarters from
Oregon to Tempe in 2025. The office space is decked out with neon lights and colorful walls. It also has various other amenities for employees, including a fitness center, an arcade room and a pickleball court.
Company officials said Phoenix was the ideal spot after years of growth and its proximity to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
History: Peoria issued a commercial tenant improvement permit in May. Upgrades include electrical, plumbing, and ceiling remodels, and the addition of coffee appliances, according to city documents.
When will the work be done? An estimated opening date is not yet known. A company spokesperson did not return inquiries.
