Description: Vivir at Ballpark Village is a 400-unit apartment complex located on a 16-acre property next to the Cleveland Guardians Arizona Training Facility. The apartment complex was still under construction at the time of publishing.
The apartment complex will offer affordable housing options, according to the Vivir at Ballpark Village website.
Phoenix Goodyear Airport is located to the West of the apartment complex, on the other side of Bullard Ave. Goodyear Ballpark is also located down the street from the future apartment complex on the corner of Wood and West Goodyear boulevards.
The apartment complex was formally known as The Verge at Ballpark Village. It's current
name, Vivir, loosely translates to "To Live at Ballpark Village."
History: Dominium purchased the property in April 2025 for $10.5 million, according to Vizzda.
Construction of The Verge at Ballpark Village comes as the nearby intersection of West Yuma Road and Estrella Parkway sees the construction of new residential and retail spaces.
When will the work be done? The website for the apartment complex stated that "something exciting" will be coming to Goodyear in 2027.
