The Suns are projected to log 44,639 travel miles in 2026-27. CanadaSportsBetting.ca provided projections for all 30 NBA teams.
Only the Los Angeles Lakers are projected to travel fewer miles for a Western Conference team this season at 43,717.
The Suns are 15th among all NBA teams.
The New Orleans Pelicans are projected to log the most travel miles at 55,531 while the New York Knicks are projected to travel the fewest miles at 35,135.
The Pelicans and San Antonio Spurs are 1-2 in anticipated travel miles as they face each other in the Paris Games. The Spurs are at 53,948 miles.
The total miles for Phoenix’s longest road trip of six games is 6,268.7
miles.
- March 8 at Miami.
- March 9 at Orlando.
- March 11 at Chicago.
- March 13 at Charlotte.
- March 15 at Memphis
- March 17 at Los Angeles Lakers.
This season, there are just 59 back-to-backs involving 750+ miles of travel. This is down from 74 back-to-backs last season and the third-lowest in NBA history, with 30 teams.
