Cardinals first-year coach Mike LaFleur is set to face off against his brother, Matt, who has been the Packers' head coach since 2019.
The Cardinals are 1-2 in the preseason, while the Packers are 1-1.
This will be the final preseason game for both teams before NFL rosters are trimmed to 53. That makes it the final week for players to make their cases for roster inclusion.
Both teams open the regular season on Sept. 13.
