A concert scheduled for Oct. 25 at Crescent Ballroom has been cancelled after a tour bus ran off the side of the of the road in the middle of the night and flipped near the Colorado-Wyoming border, killing the driver and injuring several members of the band and crew.
Sawyer Hill and his band were on the Everybody’s Home, Nobody’s Happy World Tour in support of the Arkansas indie-rock singer’s first album.
The crash happened on Oct. 14.
Hill, who opened the U.S. leg of Yungblud’s Idols Tour in 2025, issued a statement calling the crash “a terrifying experience for everyone on board, myself included.”
'We are devastated to share that our driver lost his life'
Hill continued, “We are devastated to share that our driver lost his life. Several members of our band and crew were also injured. The cause of the
accident is still under investigation, and out of respect for that process and for our driver and his family, we aren't able to share further details at this time.”
After “careful consideration,” Hill wrote, “I’ve determined there is not a viable path forward to continue shows on the current Everybody’s Home, Nobody’s Happy tour in North America and that the focus and priority for my band and crew should be on processing and healing. For that reason, we will be postponing all remaining dates. My team is already working on a plan for make up shows as soon as possible.”
All tickets and VIP packages will remain active for the new dates when announced. However, if you would prefer a refund, Hill is making refunds available at your point of purchase.
Hill said they will share updates regarding the rescheduled make-up dates as soon as they’re able.
“I can’t wait to get back out there with you all,” Hill wrote. “Thank you for your understanding, compassion, and support during this difficult time.
