north of downtown.
The luxury apartment development called the Stockman will feature studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.
It will also have a fitness center, cowering lounge, private balconies and a pool.
History: The lot was previously a dealership. Toll Brothers bought it in November 2025 from Earnhardt Auto Centers for $12.5 million, according to real estate database Vizzda.
When will the work be done? Work is expected to be finished in late 2027.
