Potential buyers are lining up to purchase some of the shuttered Salad and Go sites in Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Oklahoma.

After being outbid in an auction of a bulk sale for dozens of Salad and Go sites, Tempe-based Dutch Bros submitted a bid to buy five remaining locations. Dirty soda company Swig, and 7 Brew, the company that bought the bulk of the assets,

also submitted bids for remaining sites.

The companies submitted “stalking horse agreements” for certain sites, according to documents submitted to the Southern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court. A stalking horse bid is an initial offer negotiated before an auction that establishes a minimum price for competing bids.

Dutch Bros, Swig, 7 Brew or any other company could still bid on those

sites or any of the remaining locations, which are in Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Oklahoma, when the sites go to auction.
