Description: A nearly 5-acre vacant lot will become a neighborhood of luxury single-family homes in south Chandler.
There will be five single-story homes and eight two-story homes, with between three and five bedrooms, according to developer Keystone Homes. The lots will also include three- to four-car garages and covered patios.
The development, named Heartfield, will also feature a park area with a ramada.
The homes will be for sale.
History: The 4.62-acre vacant lot was bought by Keystone Homes LLC for $2.65 million in 2025.
When will the work be done? A completion date has not been announced. The Keystone Homes website says the "community is
now in development."
