Mesa venue lands 3-year host contract
Arizona Athletic Grounds and the Nike Tournament of Champions' basketball and elite girls volleyball reached a three-year deal for AAG to serve as host site for the competitions.
"A three-year commitment from a tournament with this much history speaks to the trust we've built with Nike Tournament of Champions,” said Austin Andreotti, Director of Strategy and Finance at Arizona Athletic Grounds. “Marquee events of this magnitude put AAG’s focus on white glove service in the spotlight."

at 6321 South Ellsworth Road in Mesa, is hosting the Nike TOC Southwest volleyball tournament Friday and Saturday, Oct. 2-3, while the Nike TOC basketball showcase is set for Dec. 18-22.
Former DBacks pitcher helps bring the party to Phoenix's NASCAR week
Former Diamondbacks pitcher Archie Bradley brings "Archie's Trading Post" to Stillery Fest just outside Gate 2 at Phoenix Raceway.
The trading post, inspired by Bradley, offers a space for fans to enjoy live music, a vendor market, food and beverage, and specialized programming. The Stillery Fest includes a general store for campers: food for grilling, fresh produce, bread and buns, dairy products and non-alcoholic drinks.
“Our campers are such an important part of what makes race weekend special, and Archie’s Trading Post will be a welcome addition for our loyal campers who make Phoenix Raceway the best destination for race fans,” Phoenix Raceway President Latasha Causey said.
Stillery Fest opens at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 13, and will be open the rest of the week. Musical acts performing and more details available soon at www.phoenixraceway.com/stilleryfest/.
