Wraps at C.R. Chicks? Yes, you heard correctly.
The beloved local chain, known for their tender rotisserie chicken, house made sides and desserts unveiled their Chicken Caesar Wrap and their Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wrap on Monday, Oct. 12 and the response has been ravenous.
The wraps feature white meat chicken, Romaine lettuce, slightly broken up croutons, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing and Buffalo sauce (for the Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wrap). The combo appeals so much that they sold out at several stores in the first week, said Jon Luther, a member of the restaurant group that purchased C.R. Chicks in early 2024.
"We had really good feedback throughout the network of stores and online too. We're excited about the first week for sure and we hope
that excitement continues," Luther said.
The new wraps are made right in front of you when you order and are crafted to perfection. Featuring a nice tight wrap, they are made with the perfect proportion of each ingredient and mixed so that each bite features Romaine lettuce, that crouton crunch, silky Caesar dressing and chunk after chunk of that delicious chicken.
Luther said that when they purchased C.R. Chicks they had always thought that wraps would be a logical extension to what they were doing. "Operationally it was going to be pretty easy for us to execute," he said.

The wraps are a limited time offer that will be available for the next two to three months.
With an overwhelmingly positive initial response to the new wraps, however, he said they could become a permanent menu item.
Also new to the menu is the Mexican Street Corn salad. It's made with roasted corn, poblano peppers, red pepper and red onion and then tossed in a creamy cotija dressing with lime, garlic, and smoked paprika.
"We continue to look for things during the year that we're going to do on a limited-time basis to create some excitement," Luther said.

When will new C.R. Chicks open in Boynton Beach?
Luther did not give an opening date for the new restaurant. He did say that construction at 6677 Boynton Beach Boulevard is nearly finished. Stay tuned!
