A key Miami Dolphins running back suffered an injury on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.
Jaylen Wright is questionable to return after suffering a stinger late in the first half in Santa Clara. He left the field ahead of teammates while favoring his left shoulder as the Dolphins were in the process of kicking a 23-yard field goal as the second quarter expired.
Wright has rushed for 11 yards and handled kickoff return duties for the Dolphins.
After halftime, Wright rejoined his teammates on the sideline but did not return the kickoff after the 49ers opened the second half with a touchdown drive.
Miami got off to a solid start against the San Francisco, though a lack of touchdowns left the Dolphins trailing 14-6 at halftime.
The Dolphins outgained
the 49ers 165-125 in the first half and controlled time of possession 19:17 to 10:43.
