It doesn't seem fair that the Miami Dolphins have yet to play a team with a loss on its register this season. That unfortunate trend continues today when the Fins fly up to Minnesota to face the 3-0 Vikings.
Every team Miami has faced through three weeks has started 3-0 (that won't continue another week, as the Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs square off today). Last week's 24-10 loss to the Chiefs in their home opener saw star running back De'Von Achane suffer a season-ending ACL tear, leaving the backfield up to Ollie Gordon and Jaylen Wright to support quarterback Malik Willis.
The Dolphins have scored the second-fewest points in the NFL and rank third-to-last in pass blocking according to Pro Football Focus. That's very bad news against
the Vikings, owners of the league's No. 2 scoring defense that blitzes more than any team in recent memory. It's also the first time Brian Flores will lead a defense against the team he coached for three tumultuous years. The one bit of good news for Miami: Star receiver Justin Jefferson will miss the game with an ankle injury.

Dolphins vs Vikings predictions, picks for NFL Week 4
Bill Bender, Sporting News
Vikings 26, Dolphins 14: "How bad are the Dolphins? They have averaged 12 points per game through three weeks. The defense is improving around linebacker Jacob Rodriguez (28 tackles), but Malik Willis will be under pressure from Dallas Turner, who leads the NFL with 24 pressures in Brian Flores' defense."
Adam Kaufman, USA TODAY
Vikings 27, Dolphins 13: "The winless Dolphins have lost De'Von Achane for the season. Malik Willis now needs help from a backfield led by Ollie Gordon II, and moving the chains against Brian Flores' blitzing defense won't be easy."
Bobby Kownack, NFL.com
Vikings 20, Dolphins 7: "Malik Willis enters Week 4 tied for the fourth-worst completion percentage (50%) against blitzes, and now he must face the Purple Porpoise Eaters. (I know Dolphins aren’t porpoises -- allow me the alliteration.)
