Tyreek Hill may be on the move.
The former Miami Dolphinsreceiver has relisted his lavish home in Southwest Ranches a month after removing the property from the market. Does that mean some team is about to sign the NFL free agent?
Hill, released by the Dolphins in March, has been recovering from major knee surgery since last September. Hill posted a video on July 22showing him working out in his backyard and in his pool. He said at the time that he almost lost his left leg and was told he might not be able to walk normally again. He did not have any power in that leg.
Hill's nine-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom, 9,326-square-foot home, built in 2007, originally was put on the market on March 19 and removed in August. The new listing has a new set of images,
which can be found at Realtor.com.
Hill bought the home $6.9 million in 2022 after being traded to the Dolphins by the Kansas City Chiefs.
Tyreek Hill says 'time to get off the couch'

Hill posted on X on Monday, that "It's almost time to get off the couch and get to work."
He is still waiting to be medically cleared before he can sign with a team. Any team signing him, of course, would make him pass a physical before the ink dries on the contract. Among the teams possibly interested are the 49ers, Patriots, Vikings and, of course, the Chiefs, where he started his NFL career and helped lead Kansas City to its first Super Bowl championship in 2020.
Hill's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said a few weeks back that they were in no rush to sign with an NFL team.
"I am not pressuring Tyreek, nor am I setting a timeline for him," Rosenhaus said. "I think that what I've said to Tyreek is, 'Take your time. It's not when you come back, it's how you come back. We want you to come back when you feel your best.' There's no sense of urgency timing-wise."
The 2007 house features a number of lavish amenities, upon entering guests can see a grand motor court and a front entry with columns.
The main-level of the home features a home gym, an office with wood paneling, open kitchen with a family room and living room. Upstairs has a den and home theater.
During his time living in the home, Hill added his own special touches such as a podcast recording studio, pool room and arcade games.
Fire broke out at Tyreek Hill's house in 2024
In January 2024, a fire broke out at Hill's home.
Hill left Dolphins practice in Miami Gardens to check on his family at their home in Southwest Ranches. All people and pets escaped the blaze safely. The Davie Fire Department said the fire was caused by a child playing with a lighter in a bedroom.
Footage from local news media showed black smoke billowing out of the house as crews from Davie Fire Rescue and the Broward County Sheriff's Office battled the blaze. The home was heavily damaged, Davie Fire Marshal Robert Taylor said.
WSVN reported fire crews knocked down a portion of the roof to battle the blaze. Taylor said the damage was extensive enough that “it probably is going to need some work” before it’s safe to inhabit.
“He and his family are handling it with as much poise as you could hope,” Rosenhaus said at the time. “He was very grateful to the firefighters and everyone that did indeed save his home.”
