People in Delray Beach can help children in foster care this holiday season by attending a special event.
Rockin' Into the Holidays will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 21 at Hawkers Asian Street Food, 640 E. Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach. The event is part of the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Do Good Delray initiative, a monthlong campaign that brings local businesses and nonprofit organizations together to support community causes, according to a community announcement.
Attendees can enjoy dinner, a complimentary cocktail and live music from Midnight 3 for $35. The ticket price also helps support children and families impacted by foster care in Palm Beach County. The event aims to provide a fun night out while raising awareness and funds
for Friends of Foster Children of Palm Beach County.
Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite band T-shirt for a chance to win a prize. Raffles will be held throughout the evening, offering additional opportunities to support the organization.
How Friends of Foster Children helps local families

The organization aims to fill gaps so children can feel safe, valued and supported, while giving them more chances to experience the joys of childhood.
The event provides a meaningful way for the community to be part of this mission. By attending, guests can enjoy a night out in downtown Delray Beach while supporting a cause that touches families throughout the area.
