Newly remarried Donald Trump Jr. has paid former fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle $7.6 million for her share of the six-bedroom Jupiter waterfront home they bought together in 2021.
That's according to a Palm Beach County deed recorded on Aug. 3. The document shows the transaction took place on July 25.
The purchase is thelatest Palm Beach County real estate move by the eldest son of President Donald Trump. The 45th and 47th president counts his permanent residence as Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.
But in life, as in his business real estate empire, Trump's eldest two sons are close by. In addition to Trump Jr. living just a few miles from Mar-a-Lago, another son, Eric Trump, also lives in Palm Beach County, in the Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter.

Jupiter house is in private enclave popular with golfers, boaters
Admiral's Cove is an exclusive gated community along the Intracoastal Waterway in Jupiter, a city in northern Palm Beach County about 20 miles north of Palm Beach.
The 888-home gated Admiral's Cove community features a spa, 45 holes of golf, pickleball and tennis courts, a fitness center, two clubhouses, two driving ranges and four restaurants. It also features a marina for mega-yachts and a 30-room hotel atop a clubhouse for guests of members.
Boat lovers especially love the community because it has no fixed bridges and 504 private docks.
Five years ago, Trump and Guilfoyle paid $9.7 million for the 494 Mariner Drive house, county property records show.
The two-story house is 11,270 square feet and features 11 bathrooms, as well as an elevator and a fireplace, according to Palm Beach County property records and real estate listings.
At the time of their purchase, the home was decorated in a contemporary style, with white walls, white kitchen cabinetry and neutral tile and wood floors, plus water views throughout the home. Outside, there's a pool, private dock and dock lift.
What's the status of Trump Jr.'s relationship with Guilfoyle?
The pair formerly were engaged, but Trump Jr. now is off the market. In May, Trump Jr. married Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson.
Guilfoyle, meanwhile, is serving as a U.S. diplomat overseas.
The Aug. 3 document lists a Delray Beach address for Guilfoyle, who is serving as the U.S. ambassador to Greece. The document also includes a stamp from Athens, where the U.S. embassy.
Could Donald Trump Jr. plan a move elsewhere?
It's not yet clear whether Trump Jr. plans to sell the Jupiter house. The property is not officially listed for sale although reports say the home may be quietly for sale.
However, Trump Jr. appears to be buying property in West Palm Beach, just across the bridges from Palm Beach.
In June, The Palm Beach Post learned that Trump Jr. is likely behind the trust that owns an empty residential lot in the Prospect Park neighborhood just south of downtown, according to two real estate sources familiar with the property.
The vacant Washington Road property sold for $15 million in February to an entity called 3110 Washington Road Trust, Palm Beach County property records show.
The 0.74-acre property with 80 feet of waterfront along the Intracoastal is at that address, north of Greenwood Drive and next to George Petty Park.
The New York Post reported on June 17 that the president's eldest son plans to build a large home in Prospect Park to accommodate his five children, as well as any children he may have with his new wife.
The 3110 Washington Road property is a single lot. However, it is just north of another waterfront lot.
Real estate sources say that lot is linked to Palm Beach investor Barbara Smith, who is married to Randall Smith, the founder of the investments firm Alden Global Capital.
It's not clear if Smith is selling, or has sold, that lot toTrump.
If the lots were combined, the assemblage would give Trump nearly 1.5 acres, which is plenty of land for a large home.
