Enjoy live music, family activities and good food as CityPlace hosts a community block party on Thursday, Sept. 17.
The party, a Related Ross and CityPlace production, happens at the north end of the downtown West Palm Beach shopping district along Rosemary Avenue . While the event is free to the public, the business participants will be donating a percentage of the proceeds to the Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts.
“We’ve always believed that the best neighborhoods create moments that bring people together,” Webber Hudson, executive vice president of retail leasing and asset management at Related Ross, said in a statement announcing the event. “That’s exactly what we hope this day will do. By partnering with Dreyfoos School of the Arts
alongside our retailers and our restaurants, we’re creating an experience that supports local students and families while celebrating the community we all share.”
The highlights of the block party include:
Students from Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts will perform beginning at 4:10 p.m.

A pop-up with LOGAN TAY from Anthropologie
Personalized denim styling from Evereve
Rivian will showcase vehicles
Birkenstock will offer personalized portraits
The party will also lean into CityPlace's restaurants. "Fuku is planning a special collaboration, The Salty Donut and BuddhaBerry will offer sweet treats, SunLife Organics will have tastings, Pura Vida will serve smoothie shots and Moxies will have a specialty cocktail bar cart. In addition, local favorites including Arya Tea Bar, VIP Paws and Trindy Gourmet will have activities along the block," the announcement said.
The CityPlace Block Party is 4-8 p.m. Sept. 17 at 477 Rosemary Ave. between Fern and Hibiscus streets in CityPlace in West Palm Beach. Guests attending the party will receive parking validation for the garages at Hibiscus, Sapodilla and 360 Rosemary.
