Week 3 of the high school football season is now upon us.
The last two weeks have given us a barometer for quite a few teams, but results have certainly been mixed. Last Friday specifically, offered wild endings for Pahokee, Cardinal Newman, and Palm Beach Lakes.
Each week, members of the Post high school coverage team will be making weekly picks for our biggest games of the slate.
Most of us got back on track alongside St. Andrew's, who punished St. John Paul II, while a few unanimous picks panned out for the staff and audience alike. The biggest game of contention featured a tight Santaluces loss to Martin County.
Of note, guest picker Neil O. from Wellington was a perfect 7-for-7 on his picks in Week 2!
We will be announcing staff picks each Wednesday,
but we're also turning things over to you for our weekly picks.
We'll keep a record of our team's picks. Can you predict the games better than we can?
Vote in the poll below, and if you're really confident, email your name and picks to apeterman@usatoday.co and ejwallace@usatoday.co and you just might be featured on our weekly pick 'ems story after each week's results.
Voting will end on Wednesday, September 2 at noon.
